About the event
Little Jumpers is a 6-week youth basketball development program for boys & girls ages 5–7 and 8–10 (Jan 18, 25, Feb 1, 8, 15, 22) This program is designed to teach young athletes how to properly play the game of basketball while building confidence, teamwork, and a love for the sport.
Each Sunday session (approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes) will include:
30–40 minutes of skill development & drills
Game-based teaching using age-appropriate equipment
Two 14-minute halves of gameplay
Emphasis on fundamentals, spacing, movement with and without the ball, and sportsmanship
