Service Description
Our Thursday night Advanced Workout sessions for ages 13 and older are built for players who already understand the fundamentals and are ready to train at an intense pace. These sessions are not focused on breaking down mechanics, they’re about getting a high volume of quality reps at game speed. Players work on finishing at all three levels and getting to their scoring spots through a variety of situations: off the dribble, the catch, a screen, or a cut. Every drill is performed at an elevated tempo to simulate real-game conditions, pushing athletes to increase their stamina, build their motor, and execute with precision under fatigue.
